Program description
CleanGenius text-message functionality may be used by cleaning businesses and authorized staff for appointment confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, arrival or completion updates, customer-service follow-up, requested quotes or documents, invoice notifications, payment reminders, and account or security notices.
Marketing messages require separately disclosed consent where required. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Consent
By voluntarily providing a mobile number through a disclosed opt-in flow and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts, a recipient authorizes messages at that number from the identified cleaning business and, where disclosed, CleanGenius as its technology provider. Consent applies only to the identified sender and program and is not transferable between businesses.
Consent records may include the disclosure shown, number, date, time, source, and affirmative action. Businesses may not message numbers without appropriate permission.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on scheduled services, account activity, and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on wireless-service availability.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel messages from the applicable program. One confirmation may be sent. No further messages will be delivered unless the recipient opts in again.
Reply HELP for help or email support@cleangeniusplatform.com. Until a customer-care telephone number is published, this monitored email is the support channel for messaging questions.
Content and conduct
Messages must identify the sender and must not contain unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or prohibited content. Senders are responsible for consent, quiet hours, opt-out suppression, campaign registration, and applicable carrier and legal requirements.
Privacy
Mobile numbers, opt-in records, and consent information are used to operate and document the program. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Communications providers may process it only to deliver, secure, support, and document requested messages. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
The program or these terms may be modified or discontinued. Material changes will be communicated where required. Recipients may opt out at any time using STOP.
